New in synthesis of natural and modified oligodeoxyribonucleotides by H-phosphonate method

Abstract: An efficient method for obtaining oligodeoxyribonucleotides with alkylainino groups joined to internucleotide phosphate groups has been developed. It is shown that inter-nucleotide phosphodiester group does not affect the efficiency; of oligonucleotide synthesis by H-phosphonate method.
