Phosphorylation of nonacosanol and cholesterol with tetra-n-butylammonium dihydrogen phosphate and tri-chloroacetonitrile

Abstract: Interaction of trichloroacetonitrilc and tetra-n-butylammonium dihydrogen phosphate with nonacosanol or cholesterol gave the corresponding monophosphatos in 60 or 99% yields.
