Abstract: Kinetics of 2'-3' isomerisation of eighty N-acyl-5'-O-trithyl-2'-0-aroylnucleosides in a MeOH – H₂0 (87:13) mixture at 24°C was investigated by means of the reverse-phase-microcolumn liquid chromatography.
